Shipping Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from Nikkolor Australia, operated by Lux Cement Pty Ltd.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver throughout Australia. Shipping costs and available delivery methods depend on the destination, product weight, order size and freight requirements.
For large, heavy or palletised orders, specialist freight may be required. If a suitable automated shipping rate is not available at checkout, please contact us for a freight quotation.
Processing and dispatch
In-stock products are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Tinted, customised, special-order or unusually large orders may require additional preparation time. Where a longer lead time applies, we will communicate this to the customer.
Delivery times
Delivery times provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched.
Regional and remote Australian locations may require additional delivery time.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Heavy and palletised orders
Some Nikkolor products are heavy or require palletised freight. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring there is suitable and safe access for the nominated delivery vehicle.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery does not include carrying products inside a property, installation or specialist unloading equipment.
Additional freight charges arising from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, unsafe access or undisclosed site restrictions may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.
Damaged or missing goods
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photographs of the goods and packaging.
We recommend retaining all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Requests to report damage within 48 hours assist us with carrier claims, but this does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, industrial action, road closures or other unforeseen events.
Where a delivery is delayed, we will provide reasonable assistance in communicating with the carrier and locating the shipment.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
