Heavy and remote deliveries
Some remote, restricted-access or unusually large consignments may require a separate freight quotation. If a carrier surcharge materially exceeds the checkout allowance, Nikkolor Australia will contact you before dispatch.
Delivery access
The customer must ensure the delivery address is accessible and provide any relevant restrictions. Tailgate, forklift, hand-unload, pallet-access or re-delivery charges may apply where required by the carrier.
Inspecting deliveries
Inspect all goods on arrival. Photograph damaged packaging, shifted pallets or leaking containers before unpacking and notify Nikkolor Australia promptly with the order details and supporting images.
